The process of factory refurbishment of a waste baler, baler or other waste management equipment is a process shaped by three decades of experience, in which the equipment is first disassembled, the steel structures are polished and stiffened, the necessary modifications are made, the necessary parts are repaired and replaced for hydraulic and electrical control, sandblasted and painted the whole, and assembled back together for operational tests. The customer always receives a new corresponding device.

The service life of the device depends a lot on which fraction of waste it is used for extrusion, how large the volume of waste to be compressed is, and how the device is maintained and used. Typically, the service life of Kapacity devices ranges from 15 to 40 years, depending on the use. The service life of the equipment can be greatly extended, often even multiplied by factory refurbishing the waste management device in a timely enough time.
