Description of the project
In nursing and care homes, it is very important that everything else around care and nursing is organised as effortless, simple and easy to do as possible. This is why Kapasity, at the request of the customer, is already involved in many nursing and nursing homes in collaboration with the architect to design the complex. We cycle through the users of the client organization and retrieve experiences and knowledge from previous objects, formulate them into a technical solution and take them to the architect.
We were taken into early planning with the user organisation and after realising the benefits of the waste gap, care home users demanded that the waste shaft be placed in a future care home. We proposed a waste shaft system in which waste is collected from layers to trolley to 200-litre sacks and from trolley to waste shaft. Along the waste shaft, the waste drips onto the Tunnel waste compactor, which is made to the dimensions required by the object.
