plastic baler price

Prices for balers vary greatly depending on the characteristics of different equipment and the whole to be purchased. This price variation is due to the fact that each baler is designed for different needs: smaller models are suitable for simple, less demanding uses, while larger and more versatile units are intended for more intensive and professional use.

Prices can vary significantly depending on accessories and technical characteristics, such as the degree of automation, capacity and energy efficiency. For this reason, it is important to accurately assess your own needs and compare different options in order to find a cost-effective and workable solution to the challenges of waste management.

How fast can I get a baler?

Right out of stock. If the required baler cannot be found in stock, it typically takes 5 to 9 weeks to deliver it from the manufacturer to Kapasiti.

Can all types of waste be baled?

In principle, yes, you can, but baling bio-waste would not be terribly meaningful and, moreover, a tremendously messy thing to do. The vertical baler can be used to bale basically any dry waste fractions, such as cardboard, plastic or other packaging materials such as EPS plastic (styrofoam) and foam plastic. The horizontal baler can be used to bale all the above fractions, but also waste fractions that are considered to be waste such as mixed waste and energy fraction, if the device is equipped with it.

How long-lived are the devices?

The service life of the device depends a lot on which fraction of waste it is used for extrusion, how large the volume of waste to be compressed is, and how the device is maintained and used. Typically, the service life of Kapacity devices ranges from 15 to 40 years, depending on the use. The service life of the equipment can be greatly extended, often even multiplied by factory refurbishing the waste management device in a timely enough time.

Who will service the device?

Kapasity takes care of equipment maintenance and maintenance through its nationwide service network. The service desk serves and advises customers and users 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

How fast can I get service for the device?

Regardless of location and equipment, we will be able to arrange maintenance for the next business day.
