Biozone® deodorizer keeps the environment fresh and clean while preventing unpleasant odors from forming. For example, Biozone® 1/2G is designed specifically to work with waste presses and containers. Other sizes as required. Biozone® is the scientific application of deodorization and the most effective way of today to prevent the formation of waste odor. It gets right to the heart of the problem by electronically generating ozone, which breaks down and destroys all the osmogens, the odor-forming molecules, and turns them into water vapor and other harmless gases.

Biozone® replaces outdated deodorizing methods such as fans, chemicals or artificial fragrances that have only sought to mask the odor that has formed. These methods do not affect the cause of the problem. Biozone® eliminates the odor problem by destroying all bacteria and preventing the formation of odor, thus facilitating hygiene in the press area. Biozone produces ozone (O3) from 1 g/h (Biozone 1G) and larger power classes as needed. Ozone quickly decomposes into normal oxygen (O2).
Can be installed on waste compactor.
Ozone is introduced into the press chamber.
Bigger power classes are also successful.
